Rosstown Hotel is seeking an experienced and customer-focused Gaming Supervisor to join our team full-time.
With our recently refurbished gaming room, we’re looking for someone who thrives in a rapid-paced environment, is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, and takes pride in maintaining the highest standards of gaming compliance.
About Rosstown Hotel:
Rosstown Hotel is one of Melbourne’s premier hospitality venues, offering a vibrant sports bar, family bistro, drive-through bottleshop and a state-of-the-art gaming lounge. Following a major refurbishment, our gaming room provides guests with a modern, premium experience and continues to set the benchmark for service, presentation and responsible gaming.

About the Role:
Full-time position – 38 hours per week
Rotating roster including days, nights, weekends and public holidays
Lead day-to-day gaming operations in a busy, customer-focused environment
Deliver exceptional service and build genuine relationships with our guests
Ensure compliance with Victorian gaming legislation, Responsible Gambling requirements and venue policies
Process jackpots,
payouts and gaming transactions accurately
Support, coach and lead the gaming team during shifts
Work closely with management to maintain a safe, compliant and welcoming environment
About You:
Have previous experience in a Gaming Supervisor or senior gaming position
Have a thorough understanding of Victorian gaming legislation and Responsible Gambling practices
Be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
Have excellent communication and leadership skills
Enjoy working in a fast-paced workplace and remain calm under pressure
Hold a current Victorian Gaming Licence, RSA and RSG (or be eligible to obtain them)
