The Meat & Wine Co Southbank is looking for Line Cooks across our Pans. Larder and Dessert sections to join the team and help deliver the premium dining experience The Meat & Wine Co is known for.

What we are looking for
1+ years of relevant kitchen experience in a busy, full-service A La Carte restaurant (200+ pax)
Previous experience in Pans, Larder or Dessert sections
Passion for quality food and premium hospitality




Ability to perform under pressure in a high-volume kitchen setting
Solid communication and teamwork skills
Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is highly regarded
Flexible availability across a 7-day rotating roster, including nights, weekends and public holidays
