As a well-established Australian Registered Training Organisation (RTO), we are expanding our team and seeking experienced Construction, Manufacturing & Engineering Trainer/Assessors to deliver high-quality training across Queensland and New South Wales.
We specialise in providing versatile training solutions to the construction and manufacturing industries, including Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL), apprenticeship pathways, and short course delivery.
About the Role
You will play a key role in supporting learners to achieve nationally recognised qualifications, drawing on your trade expertise to deliver engaging, practical, and industry-relevant training.

Essential Requirements
A minimum of 5 years industry experience and a qualification in at least one of the following trades:
Certificate III in Painting and Decorating
Certificate III in Wall and Floor Tiling
Certificate III in Glass and Glazing
Certificate III in Cabinetmaking
Certificate III in Engineering - Mechanical Trade
Certificate III in Engineering - Fabrication Trade
Desirable (but not essential)
Experience using Microsoft 365
Exposure to database systems
Previous RTO experience would be an advantage
Training Qualification Requirement
If not already held, you will need to obtain the TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment to meet Trainer/Assessor requirements. We are happy to support the right candidates in achieving this qualification.
