Responsibilities

Plan and cook menu items following restaurant recipes and standards.
Ensure food is prepared safely and hygienically at all times.
Monitor food quality, freshness, and presentation.
Manage kitchen inventory and reduce food waste.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen.
Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Follow food safety and health regulations.
Assist in creating new dishes and seasonal menu ideas when required.

Qualifications




Proven experience as an Indian Cook in a restaurant or hotel.
Solid knowledge of Indian cuisine.
Good understanding of food safety and kitchen hygiene practices.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong teamwork and communication skills.
Passion for cooking and delivering excellent food quality.
Relevant culinary qualification is an advantage.
Experience working in Australia is a plus.
