About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Automotive Spray Painter to join our Ballarat team on a full time basis.
In this role, you’ll deliver consistent colour matching and premium-quality finishes in a busy, well-structured production environment.
Key responsibilities include:
Spray painting vehicles to manufacturer and industry standards
Accurate colour matching and blending
Managing the prep-to-paint process
Maintaining paint booth cleanliness and WHS compliance
Meeting productivity and efficiency targets
About You
To be successful, you will have:
Certificate III in Automotive Refinishing (or equivalent)
Minimum 3+ years' experience as an Automotive Spray Painter
Strong knowledge of waterborne and solvent-based paint systems
Experience in a collision repair or panel shop environment
You’ll also bring:
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A commitment to consistently high-quality finishes
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team setting
Willingness to grow your skills, including I-CAR or similar training
