Lexus of Chatswood have an chance for an experiencedDelivery Coordinator who has a passion for luxury, exclusivity, and bringing dreams to life for our clients. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for Lexus of Chastwood.
Your duties include sales administration, customer experience management and delivery coordination.
About you:
You will be able to take ownership of your role, with strong attention to detail and an ability to multitask and find creative solutions.
You will have strong written and verbal communication skills with the capability to adapt your style to multiple audiences.
You will be able to deliver the highest levels of customer service, while always keeping one eye on the commercial success of the business.
You will have outstanding interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate regularly with a wide range of people at all levels across the company.
Personal initiative and ability to work under pressure at times meeting multiple deadlines
Specifically, you will manage:
Advise customers of vehicle status
Manage client contact plan
Coordinate vehicle handover to clients with sales consultants
Manage and oversee all CRM actions
