National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) in Australia seeks an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader in Dandenong VIC. The role leads a team delivering Auslan video-first support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants, guiding enquiries through the NDIS with empathy and skilled communication.

You will supervise up to 15 officers, provide coaching and performance feedback, and coordinate communications. Adaptable hybrid arrangements and training are included.
