LDK Seniors Living in Canberra’s Amberfield village is seeking a Dementia Manager to provide clinical leadership and operational oversight for two Memory Support cottages. You will lead a small nursing team to deliver secure, person-centred care for residents living with dementia.

This role focuses on compassionate care, relationship-based practice and continuous improvement, with on-call support as required.
