The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) is seeking an APS6 National Contact Centre Auslan Service Officer Team Leader to guide a team delivering Auslan-first support to Deaf and hard of hearing participants. You will lead live video interactions, manage performance, and coordinate service delivery within the NCC.

The role requires proven Auslan communication skills, leadership in a busy contact centre, and the ability to support participants navigating the NDIS.
