NINETEEN Hunter Valley is seeking an experienced Duty Manager to lead our Sports Bar management team. This hands-on role focuses on delivering consistent, welcoming service to locals, hotel guests, and visitors celebrating special occasions.
Reporting to the Venue Manager, you will oversee day-to-day operations, train and motivate a high-performing front-of-house team, manage rosters, and ensure compliance with licensing, RSA, RCG and WHS requirements.
