The Opportunity:

This is an exciting and rewarding opportunity for a customer-focused Receptionist /Administration Assistant to join our leading rural panel shop.

You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, delivering exceptional service and providing administrative support. Your primary role will be to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our front desk and assist with various clerical duties.

Duties:
Meet and greet customers
Assist customers accordingly – over the phone,



in person, via e-mail
Answer phones promptly
Distribute messages
Following up on assessments and required paperwork
Sending quotes to insurance companies, assessors and private clients
Assist client in lodging & monitoring claims
Assist with debtors – private & insurance repairs, towing and holding yard
Charging out of all towing invoices
Process Banking

Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work well within a team environment
Great attention to detail
Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills
Qualified presentation
Have a robust work ethic and dedication to work
Solid organisational skills
Motivation and enthusiasm
Desire to achieve
Unrestricted driver's licence
