We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our team at Cargill for grain handling operations in Nyngan. This is a hands on role suited to candidates who enjoy working outdoors and being part of a quick-paced harvest environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Operate front-end loaders for grain movement and site operations
Assist with grain bunker management, including tarping and monitoring
Load and unload grain from trucks and storage facilities
Maintain a clean and secure work environment
Follow all site safety procedures and instructions

About You:
Previous grain bunker experience (preferred)
Proven experience operating front-end loaders or similar machinery
Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions (heat, cold, dust)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work long hours, including weekends and shift work during peak periods
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
This role is weather-dependent , and hours may vary based on operational and environmental conditions




Flexibility is essential, as workloads can change quickly during the season

Additional Prospect:
We are also looking for a casual labourer to assist with general site duties from time to time. This role would suit someone looking for occasional work, as hours will be limited and dependent on site needs.
