HOW DO WE RECOGNISE YOU?
Base remuneration package up to approximately $73,663.30 per annum, including average incentive earnings + 12 % super
The opportunity to earn more in performance bonus when we achieve above the minimum service requirements

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
Taking and actioning inbound calls, customer bookings, tracking and tracing enquiries
Navigating multiple applications to resolve enquiries efficiently
Providing excellent customer service to all callers
Offering additional services to support the customer and enhance their experience
We have multiple full time permanent opportunities, our call centre operates from 6:00am to 8:00pm, from Monday to Friday and 8:00am to 4:00pm Saturday
