Windana is seeking a Mental Health & AOD Clinician to join the Step Thru Care team in Geelong. This permanent full time role offers an evidence-based, trauma-informed approach, working with a multidisciplinary group to support adults and young people across western Victoria.

You will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, coordinate care, and provide group therapy and psychoeducation. The role requires qualifications in Counselling, Nursing, Psychology, Social Work or related field, with
