The NSW Department of Communities and Justice is inviting applications for the Deputy Senior Public Defender in Sydney. Public Defenders are specialist barristers who represent disadvantaged defendants in responsible criminal cases and provide policy advice to government.
The Deputy Senior Public Defender will primarily appear in Supreme Court trials and appeals and will assist the Senior Public Defender with management, policy, and advisory duties.
