You will need to:

Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.

Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.

Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions.

Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.

Promote a solid culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About you:

Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

Minimum 2 years experience





Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Robust clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.

A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.

Police Check
