The Parade Hotel is expanding, and we're looking for an experienced a talented Wood-Fired Pizza Maestro to join our growing kitchen team under Executive Chef Karl Wulf.

who wants to take ownership of our premium pizza offering and help shape one of Bunbury's best wood-fired pizza experiences.

With a renewed focus on premium food, fresh Western Australian produce and elevated casual dining, this is an exciting chance to build your career within a growing hospitality group.

This is far more than a standard pizza chef role.

We're looking for someone who genuinely understands premium pizza production and wants to take ownership of our dedicated wood-fired pizza section.

You'll have experience with:
Fresh dough preparation
Dough fermentation
Running your own section
Maintaining exceptional quality and consistency

Experience with Neapolitan-style , artisan pizza , sourdough or long-fermentation doughs will be highly regarded.

This is a fantastic opportunity to make our pizza offering your own while working with quality ingredients in a professional kitchen.
