The University of Sydney’s Advancement Portfolio (TAP) is seeking a Salesforce Training and Adoption Specialist to design and deliver training for Jarvis, our bespoke Salesforce CRM platform. This highly cooperative role combines learning design, stakeholder engagement and user adoption.

As a 0.6 FTE continuing chance, you will build capability, deliver training programs, create on-demand resources and provide ongoing support to maximise CRM value across the portfolio.
