Role Description

We are seeking a highly capable and experienced Project Manager to oversee complex urban development projects from design through to construction. This full time role, based in Sydney, NSW, involves managing large-scale civil subdivision projects, ensuring governance, quality, and timely execution.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage civil subdivision projects from design to construction
Ensure project governance, quality assurance, and timely delivery
Oversee financial aspects, client liaison,



and contract administration
Resolve site and project issues with technical expertise
Apply internal project management standards and procedures
Support and mentor project personnel
Maintain compliance with design codes, regulations, and Australian Standards
Build and maintain strong client relationships through successful project delivery

About You
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in urban development/land subdivision
Experience within an engineering consultancy
Strong communication and leadership skills
Ability to work independently and within a team
Strong organizational and time management skills
Knowledge of relevant design codes, local authority guidelines, and Australian Standards
Proven track record in similar roles with a passion for delivering high-quality outcomes
