Equifund Financial Group is looking for an experienced Consumer Finance Broker to join our growing team in Sydney - Bondi Junction.

We’re looking for an established broker with experience in consumer lending, particularly:
Personal Loans

The Role

You’ll manage consumer finance applications from initial enquiry through to approval and settlement, working across a broad panel of lenders.

We’re looking for someone who understands consumer credit, lender policy and compliance, can confidently structure applications and has a proven ability to convert and settle consistent volume.
Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking (FNS40821 or equivalent)
Previous experience writing regulated consumer credit
Solid understanding of NCCP and responsible lending obligations
Experience with consumer car loans and/or personal loans
Experience working across multiple lenders and understanding lender policy
Robust sales,



conversion and customer service skills
Ability to manage applications from enquiry through to settlement
Strong attention to detail and compliance
Australian working rights

Previous consumer asset finance broking experience is essential. This is not an entry-level position.
