Estia Health is seeking a Health Safety and Wellbeing Business Partner to lead health, safety and wellbeing across our aged care homes. The role focuses on providing proactive HSW advice to leaders, analysing incidents and implementing effective risk reduction programs.
The ideal candidate has WHS and Injury Management experience, robust communication skills, and the ability to engage with stakeholders across multiple sites. This hybrid role requires travel to SA and NSW locations as needed.
