We’re looking for a outstanding Chef / Senior Chef ready to step up into a Head Chef role.

We’re a busy, independent wine bar & kitchen with a close-knit kitchen team — so this is a genuine opportunity to take ownership of your own kitchen, rather than just being another chef in a big brigade.

You’ll have the opportunity to:
Run and lead the kitchen
Develop seasonal menus & specials
Lead and develop the kitchen team
Take responsibility for food quality, prep & ordering
Have a genuine say in the direction of the food
Build the kitchen your way

You don’t necessarily need previous Head Chef experience.

If you’re currently a robust Sous Chef, CDP or Senior Chef and feel you’re ready to take the next step, we’d love to hear from you.

Our food is inspired by Italian & Mediterranean flavours, but done our own way, with a solid focus on seasonal produce, wine-bar food and dishes people want to come back for.
