St Vincent's Private Hospital Toowoomba is seeking an End of Life Care Coordinator to lead the coordination of End of Life Care within the Palliative Care team in Sydney. This permanent, full time role focuses on compassionate, integrated care for patients, families and staff across SVHNS.

The role requires RN registration with APHRA or a Social Work degree, with substantial post-registration experience in oncology or palliative care, plus a commitment to quality improvement and staff wellbeing.
