SHERPA, a Melbourne-based creative production agency, is seeking a Social & Digital Content Specialist to plan, produce and optimise content for clients across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube Shorts. You will craft monthly calendars, adapt brand messages and use AI tools to streamline workflows while preserving human judgment.

You’ll write copy, design assets in Canva/Figma/Adobe, and coordinate with designers and creators to deliver on-brand content on time and within scope.
