Dubbo Regional Council is seeking a Lead Gardener (Recreation and Greenspaces) to lead horticultural maintenance across our parks and open spaces. You’ll deliver quality work, supervise onsite staff and contractors, and ensure safety, timing and budget compliance.
The role requires a Certificate III in Horticulture (or related field), demonstrated leadership of horticultural projects, solid communication, and experience with community groups.
