The exciting opportunity as our Deputy Director of Nursing:
Support the Director of Nursing to enable smooth running of our 129-bed Lake Cathie aged care home
Provide clinical leadership, direct, empower and support the multidisciplinary team to provide high-quality person-centred care
Oversee data collection, review clinical indicators and support the introduction of continuous improvement initiatives to maintain accreditation compliance
Develop and maintain productive relationships with residents and their families, address feedback and deliver exceptional customer service
Contribute to clinical risk and medication advisory meetings to ensure best practice care is provided

About you:
Registered Nurse with AHPRA and experience working as a Clinical Nurse Manager in residential aged care
In-depth understanding of the Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements, with a proven ability maintaining compliance in clinical practice
Nurturing, supportive and approachable leader who sets clear expectations and promotes collaboration to achieve team success
Energetic, passionate, positive, motivated, resilient, and demonstrates professionalism in a dynamic high‑pressure environment
Committed to person-centred and relationship-based care that upholds the dignity and respect of all residents
