About The Role
The Flight Line Crew Leader provides oversight to the A-level workforce for flight line and minor maintenance activities, offering an annual salary package of AUD$105,504 plus super plus military bonus.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate flight line planning activities to execute the planned flying program
Ensure aircraft are fit for the intended sortie while discharging the Dispatch to Operator function
Supervise and certify high-frequency scheduled and unscheduled line maintenance
Exercise the privilege of a B1 licence by issuing a CRS for line maintenance activities (if licensed)
Ensure scheduled and unscheduled maintenance is carried out per Pilatus/OEM approved publications
Ensure staff are correctly trained and certified,
following MOE procedures
Deploy in support of deployed ADF operations as required
Essential Requirements
Minimum Cert IV Aeroskills
Demonstrated understanding of civil and military (Part 145) aviation regulatory requirements
Demonstrable safety focus and excellent communication skills
Ability to work adaptable schedules and deploy nationally or internationally on notification
Desirable
DASA B1.1 licence
Previously held Australian Defence Force security clearance
