The Healing Foundation in Canberra, ACT (Hybrid) is seeking a Senior HR Officer to join our Corporate Services team. You will be the first point of contact for day-to-day HR support and help ensure our people processes run smoothly.

This true generalist role covers recruitment, onboarding, HR administration, contracts, employee relations, WHS, policy administration, and HR reporting. You will work with a proactive, detail‑oriented, skilled team dedicated to Indigenous wellbeing.
