Your Opportunity

We're looking for caring and dedicated Assistants in Nursing to join our Rosalie Nursing Care Centre team. You'll work in a safe, welcoming workplace where residents are supported to maintain dignity, independence, and meaningful connections every day.

We have Casual roles available, with adaptable shifts across mornings, afternoons, and nights- perfect for those seeking variety, work-life balance, or a meaningful career in aged care.

What You'll Bring

We're seeking team members who are warm, skilled,



and passionate about delivering exceptional care. Ideally, you'll have:
Genuine empathy for older people and understanding of their needs
Ability to provide high-quality personal care, continence support, and safe manual handling
Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent) - essential
Previous experience in residential aged care
Current National Police Clearance
Availability to work any shift
Reliability, punctuality, and a positive, skilled approach
