Grosvenor Backpackers in Bundaberg is seeking a reliable Assistant Hostel Manager to join our busy, friendly team. The role combines housekeeping with reception, guest services, and basic operations, with about 4–5 hours of cleaning daily and prospects to progress into senior management.
You will be the onsite contact for guests during your shift, greet visitors, coordinate arrivals and transfers, and help maintain a clean, welcoming workplace for international backpackers.
