Carehaven Services is seeking compassionate and skilled healthcare specialists to provide high-quality, person-centred clinical care in clients’ homes across Canberra. This is a rewarding chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients.

Roles Available:
Community Nurse (Clinical Care)
Conduct wound assessments and provide appropriate care
Manage chronic diseases
Provide post-hospital/discharge care
Support clients with catheter, stoma, and continence care
Liaise with GPs, allied health professionals, and family members as required
Administer medications and monitor vital signs
Provide health education and support for clients and their families
Respond to urgent care needs within scope of practice

Qualifications and Skills:
Registered Nurse (RN) with current AHPRA registration
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid time management and organisational abilities
Compassionate, patient-centred approach
Current driver’s license and willingness to travel locally to client homes

Job Type: Casual

Pay: $51.00 – $102.28 per hour
