Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 per annum + superannuation

About the Role:
Established Korean BBQ restaurant seeks an experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations and lead our team.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organise restaurant operations and services
Monitor quality of food, drinks & service
Recruit, train, and supervise staff
Manage inventory, ordering, and supplier relationships
Ensure compliance with food safety and licensing requirements
Prepare budgets and monitor financial performance
Handle customer complaints and maintain service standards
Develop and implement business strategies

Essential Requirements:




Minimum 2.5 years' experience in restaurant management or a supervisory role
Robust leadership and team management skills
Knowledge of food safety regulations
Customer service excellence
Ability to work full time (38 hours per week)
Korean language skills

Desirable:
Hospitality qualification (Certificate III/IV or Diploma)
Financial management experience
