We are looking for an experienced butcher to join our team.
Approx 45 hours a week with early starts (5am - 2.00pm approx) Monday to Friday, plus each second Saturday required (small shift).
Responsibilities:
General butchering including any of breaking beef, lamb or pork
Cut and prepare portion cut meats to order
Requirements include:
Must be a qualified butcher with solid knife and boning skills
Comfortable to work within a team and in a rapid paced environment
Have unrestricted and ongoing worker rights within Australia (sponsorships will be ignored)

For over 25 years we have been passionate meat suppliers to some of Perth’s most renowned restaurants, pubs, hotels and cafes.
We also have a retail butcher shop on site where we sell direct to customers, plus a supermarket division where our product range is sold across Coles and IGA stores, and butcher shops across WA.
