Casual Sales Assistant - Alice Springs

Jacksons Drawing Supplies a long-established WA family owned company, is seeking a Casual Sales Assistant in our Alice Springs store .

Skill Requirements
Robust art product knowledge & a genuine passion for art (an advantage)
Excellent customer service skills
Positive ‘can do’ attitude
Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines
Positive verbal and written communication skills
Intermediate computer skills
Ability to multi-task
Ability to assess customer needs and provide solutions
Identify opportunities for up-selling of products and services and/or increased sales
Build solid and lasting relationships with our existing team and customers

Key Duties
Serving customers in a polite,



friendly helpful manner
Providing customers with quality advice
Respond to general customer enquiries received by phone or email
Giving advice and guidance on product selection to customers
Operating an electronic point of sale system
Implementing company policies and procedures

Hours
Casual hours (6 - 12hrs per fortnight)
