An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Structures Foreman to join a Top Tier contractor delivering a significant high-rise development on the Gold Coast.
Working alongside an experienced project leadership team, you will oversee all structural works through critical stages of the build and play a pivotal role in project success. This is a luxury Highrise just under 30 storeys high and will go down 4 basement levels,
Your Responsibilities
Supervise structural construction activities
Coordinate subcontractors and site resources
Drive programme milestones and productivity
Monitor quality and compliance standards
Ensure all works are delivered safely
Work closely with project management and engineering teams
About You
Previous experience as a Structures Foreman
Gold Coast Highrise experience highly desirable.
Strong background delivering commercial or residential high-rise projects
Sound understanding of structural construction methodologies
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Commitment to safety and quality outcomes
