About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and passionate Up-to-date Indian Chef / Cook who can bring creativity, consistency, and efficiency to our kitchen.

This role is ideal for someone who understands traditional Indian flavours but can also present dishes with a up-to-date twist .

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes (veg & non-veg)
Bring up-to-date presentation and creativity to traditional recipes
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and consistency
Manage kitchen prep, stock, and ordering
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Assist in menu development and seasonal specials
Ensure compliance with food safety standards





What We’re Looking For
Proven experience as an Indian Chef or Cook
Strong knowledge of Indian spices, curries, tandoor (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Passion for up-to-date plating and presentation
Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
Relevant qualifications (preferred but not essential with experience)
