About the Role:

This is a full time role at the Mirrabooka store.

As a Sales Assistant, you will be the frontline representative of our company, creating positive first impressions and driving sales growth.

In this role you will:
Welcome customers and assist with their enquiries
Sell mobile phone services, equipment, accessories, and prepaid recharge
Describe product features to support purchasing decisions
Handle point-of-sale transactions and associated administration




Maintain store presentation and replenish stock as needed
Ensure compliance with store policies and procedures

About You:

We are seeking candidates who have:
Previous experience in retail or customer service (highly desirable)
Confidence in using computer technology
An interest in telecommunications devices and products
