We’re currently looking for experienced Registered Nurse to join our dedicated team at Brightwater Birralee in Innaloo .

Brightwater Birralee is a welcoming suburban site supporting:
30 permanent residents
30 Transition Care Program (TCP) clients

We provide high-quality care for individuals with a wide range of needs, including advanced dementia and high-care requirements , in a protected, supportive, and home-like environment.

What’s on Offer permanent part time work opportunity
Thursday and Friday PM: 3:00pm – 11:15pm with the ability to pick up extra shifts when available.

The Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will be part of a multi-disciplinary team , delivering high-quality, person-centred care by:
Assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating care
Working closely with clients and teams to achieve the best outcomes
Supporting care aligned with individualised care plans
Promoting choice, independence, and quality of life

About You





We’re looking for nurses who are passionate about delivering exceptional care and who bring:
Current Ahpra registration
Robust clinical knowledge and experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A compassionate, empathetic leadership style
Ability to prioritise and manage workload effectively

You will also have:
National Police Clearance (within 12 months)
Current First Aid & CPR
NDIS Worker Screening Check
