About the Role

We are currently seeking caring, reliable, and passionate Aged Care Support Workers / Personal Care Assistants to join our growing team. You will be working in an aged care facility in Erina , providing person-centred care to residents and helping improve their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities
Assisting residents with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming)
Supporting mobility and transfers
Providing companionship and emotional support
Assisting with meals and feeding




Monitoring and reporting changes in residents’ condition
Maintaining accurate documentation
Ensuring a safe and respectful workplace for residents

Requirements
Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Individual Support, or equivalent
Current First Aid & CPR certification
National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
Working With Children Check (desirable)

Experience in aged care or similar role preferred
