Our client is a supportive allied health provider in Bacchus Marsh, known for solid clinical mentoring and a warm, versatile team culture. You’ll be joining a multidisciplinary group including 2 Senior Occupational Therapists, a Psychologist, Behaviour Practitioners, and Speech Pathologists, with full admin support to keep your day running smoothly.

They are looking to welcome a Current Graduate Occupational Therapist who wants a genuinely supportive start to their career, with regular guidance, approachable seniors, and a structured plan to build confidence. You’ll have weekly supervision, plus day-to-day support from senior clinicians.

On offer:
Salary around $80,000 + super (negotiable depending on the individual)
PD allowance: $1,000 for new OTs (total support can vary by person)
Weekly supervision and strong senior mentoring
Full admin support so you can focus on therapy
Wellbeing supports and EAP programs
Explicit growth pathways as you build experience

Your caseload
Predominantly paediatrics, with a small number of aged care clients
4–5 billable hours per day, allowing time for notes, planning and quality care
Chance to lean into your interests over time

Occupational Therapy qualification
AHPRA registration (required)
Full drivers license
