West Coast Shade is a leading Company in the Shade Structure Industry of WA, specialising in the design, fabrication and installation of shade structures and sails.
We offer wide-ranging work all across WA, meaning two days are hardly ever the same!
We are looking to employ skilled tradesmen and construction professionals with the following attributes:
Be a positive team player
Be responsible, honest, neat and tidy
Must be competent and have experience using power tools
Ability to carry out basic tasks un-supervised
Current White Card
Must be competent & confident using ladders and working at heights (High Risk License is desirable)
Be physically fit due to the nature of the work
Willing & able to work long hours in peak times.
Have a responsible attitude towards D&A; and workplace safety
Current, valid manual driver's license (LR License or above is desirable)
You will be responsible for:
Setting out and planning works
Excavation and concreting of footings
Installation of steel columns, steel fixings and brackets
Use of power tools & hand tools with skill
Measuring of shade sails and structures
Installation of shade sails (Ladders or EWP's)
General Tradesman-like level of workmanship and finishing
Troubleshooting of challenges with Supervisor and/or General Manager
Qualified presentation
Applicant must have reliable transport to travel to our factory in Bibra Lake.
Tools and Work vehicle for daily tasks will be supplied by us.
