Store Manager – Made in Japan | Mornington location

Lead our exciting newest Mornington store. Made in Japan is Australia's leading retailer and wholesaler of authentic Japanese tableware, homewares and gifts. We're looking for an experienced Store Manager to lead our new Mornington showroom as it continues to develop and grow. This is more than a retail management role. You'll lead a small team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and help expand our wholesale customer base throughout the region.

5 Days - Full time or can be 4 Days - Part Time

Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operation of the store
Lead and inspire a small retail team
Deliver outstanding customer service
Achieve sales targets and drive store performance
Develop current wholesale relationships with local businesses




Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
Manage stock, rostering and daily store administration
Support local marketing initiatives and business growth

About You
Previous Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager experience
Robust customer service skills
A proven track record in achieving sales targets
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive, hands-on approach with a passion for retail
