The Role
Run your section during high-volume service
Deliver consistent, quality food at speed
Prep efficiently and manage stock to minimise waste
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and kitchen standards
Support and work alongside a robust, motivated team

About You
Experience as a Chef | Cook
Confident in rapid-paced casual dining environments
Reliable, organised, and calm under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
Solid knowledge of food safety standards
