What Support is being provided :
Seeking care to support participants within a group home.
Your support will enable them to live independently within the home by assiting with their day to day living and goals.
Assistance with personal care tasks
Community participation
Light domestic assistance
Meal preparation
Drive modified vehicle
Hoisting
Shift Times :
There are a variety of shifts available - Please note your avaiablity in your application.
0700 - 1500
1500 - 2300
Must be flexible to pick up weekend and overnight shifts when needed
Requirements
Current references
Mobile phone
Current drivers licence - essential
NDIS Worker’s Clearance or willing to obtain
Valid First Aid certificate or willing to obtain
Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing/ Disability) or similar
Reference HA-MH
