Millzy’s is a growing local mowing and landscaping business servicing Rockhampton and the surrounding region. We take pride in delivering high-quality work and building great relationships with our customers.

We’re looking for hardworking, reliable and motivated team members to join our crew.

This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in their work and isn’t afraid to get stuck in. We complete a wide range of domestic and commercial jobs, so no two days are the same .

The Role

Your day-to-day work may include:
Lawn mowing and edging
Whipper snipping and general garden maintenance
Hedging and pruning
Landscaping and garden clean-ups
Green waste removal
Commercial property maintenance
General outdoor labouring
Using and maintaining mowing and landscaping equipment

About You

We’re looking for someone who:
Is reliable, punctual and has a solid work ethic
Enjoys working outdoors and performing physical work




Takes pride in producing a high-quality finish
Works well in a small team
Can follow instructions and work independently when required
Is adaptable and willing to take on different types of work
Has a positive attitude and is willing to learn
Holds a current driver's licence (preferred)

Previous mowing, landscaping, gardening or outdoor labouring experience is highly regarded but not essential . The right attitude and willingness to work hard are more important.
