We are looking for a caring, motivated Registered Nurse to join our team. You will support participants with clinical care and health management, and contribute to a secure and nurturing environment.

Position: Full time

Working Hours: 38 hours per week

Location: Forster, Taree NSW

Salary: $85000 - $90000pa plus super

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive health assessments
Develop, implement, and review individualised health care plans
Monitor chronic conditions
Manage complex medical needs
Medication management
Wound Care
Documentation and compliance
SIL and SDA settings
Advocate for equitable access to healthcare

Requirement:




A genuine desire to support people in achieving their goals, improving health and living independently
Valuable communication and teamwork skills
Relevant tertiary qualifications
Valid Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check and relevant clearances
A current driver's license and reliable transport (where required for travel)
