We’re seeking a detail-driven Estimator to support accurate pricing, smooth project delivery and ongoing growth within a busy, fast-paced construction environment. This role suits someone confident with residential estimating who enjoys variety, problem-solving and working closely with internal teams and suppliers.
About the Role
You’ll play a key part in preparing cost estimates, completing take-offs, reviewing plans and supporting the wider project team from initial pricing through to construction handover.
Key responsibilities include:
Preparing accurate cost estimates and BOQs for residential and modular builds
Completing material take-offs and reviewing drawings for pricing accuracy
Liaising with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotes
Maintaining estimating databases and price books
Identifying cost-saving prospects and design efficiencies
Supporting project teams with explicit communication and timely documentation
Assisting with tender submissions and pricing breakdowns
