In this role, you will play an important part in the growth of our Residential Valuation offering. Day to day, you will carry out property inspections, research and prepare sales data and produce high quality valuation reports in line with relevant legislation and qualified standards. With access to Opteon’s market leading systems, you will be supported to work efficiently, reducing time spent in the field while enhancing the quality and detail of your reporting.
You will also bring a solid operational focus, building and maintaining positive, productive relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders as part of your everyday work.

Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications
CPV status combined with significant experience in the commercial valuation space.
