About the Role:
Preparation and cooking of smallgoods
Cutting, boning and preparing meat products
Producing quality retail display products
Maintaining high food safety and hygiene standards
Providing excellent customer service
Assisting with stock control and daily operations
About You:
Exp. in retail or commercial butchery preferred
Reliable, motivated and able to work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Good communication and customer service skills
