About the role

We are looking for an experienced Barista to join our vibrant team at Barcino Bread' in Port Macquarie, NSW. As a casual Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality coffee beverages and providing exceptional customer service to our customers. This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate coffee enthusiast to showcase their skills in a quick-paced hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities
Preparing a variety of coffee-based drinks, including espresso, cappuccino, latte, and more, to consistently high standards
Providing friendly and attentive customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for all customers
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace, following all health and safety protocols
Restocking and rotating coffee and bar supplies as needed
Assisting with other cafe duties as required,

About you
Previous experience as a Barista in a busy cafe or restaurant workplace
Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanour
Robust attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting
Knowledge of coffee bean varieties, brewing methods, and the art of latte art
A passion for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering high-quality products and services
